Acceptable quality air filter.
This unit comes with the frame molded into the filter. There are fewer pleats as well, which means less filter material.Air flow is excellent and appears to have performance similar to the original unit that it is replacing.The cost savings from purchasing this filter is evident in it's design, but for a trade off, it's not bad.Since they are replaced every 6 to 12 months (more or less depending on your local conditions), it should be more than acceptable.Please do not be swayed by the 'active' carbon impregnated versions, as they cost more and give you nothing extra.
