It improved my foot a lot!
I’m a dancer and bought this because my ballet teacher kept telling me I needed to work on stretching my feet, which I agreed. After using it for a little over a week my foot began to have more of an arch. I am not consistent with it but even still my foot looks WAY better. A little side note though, it tells you to stretch your foot for ten seconds at a time five times, but you don’t have to. I don’t it for about thirty seconds once or twice and my foot isn’t fine. If anything it’s better to do longer times so your foot will get a real stretch. I hope this help!

Excellent quality and comfort
Excellent quality and comfort. Better quality than the cheaper versions. I would encourage parents or dancers to make sure it is the tool for you. Some arches are already high and this could cause injury. We think it is going to be a great help to our daughter's development in ballet and dance overall.
