It's a standard casebook. I'm guessing if you're here, it's because this book was assigned for your law course.If, by the time you read this, there's newer edition released, you're potentially pleased because you have an understanding professor that allows older editions. Or you're just staring wistfully at the old edition, frustrated that there's about $100 difference between an old edition and the most recent copy.
