Simply having the package on my porch burned 400 calories and increased my fitness. No seriously- I researched a bit- for the price, with the anchor, and the sheathed rope, this seems to be one of the better deals on amazon. Used it 5 times this week. Smoked. Holds up. I'm 6'5 230lbs never battle roped before and I got the 40ft 1.5 dia one and Its a smoker. I am so glad I didn't get the 2 in one. I probably couldn't even make it. I am somewhat athletic, but this thing is a whole new level. Loving it. Hope it holds up. seems to be doing great after 5 workouts.

My husband and I have a tight schedule but working out is still important to us to stay healthy. Unfortunately for us, there are no good gyms near us so we decided to just work out at home. I decided to get a battle rope because it is a good workout tool since it is good for cardio and working out your upper body muscles as well as other groups of muscles. The first day using the battle rope, I couldn't do it for more than 20 seconds straight without taking a break. These ropes are heavy! After about two weeks practice, now I can do 45 seconds at a time. I didn't anchor the rope to a wall since we have a pole in our backyard. It is sufficient for us so we didn't anchor it but you have all the necessary parts to anchor it if that's what you decide to do. I like using the battle rope since my knees are bad so running or jumping rope is not a good cardio workout for me. The battle rope is a good alternative that allows me to do some cardio that doesn't hurt my knees too much. It's a good addition to our workout routine.

Just what I was looking for being in the military was so easy to work out but ones u get out sometimes food is a bit better. So I purchased theses ropes and they are very durable ropes I use them 3 to 4 times a week doing like a circuit workout. And they come with a d ring if u wanna drill it into something. Now as a veteran I’m getting back to working out and these ropes have helped me and also a reasonable price. Very happy

WOW, I really like this battle rope. At beginning, I was attracted by its nylon sleeve, because most of the ropes that I have seen all haven’t the cover, which are easily broken. Besides, the anchor set that was be provided could help me easily and conveniently to fix the another side of the rope. I like using this rope 5 minutes daily, and it could totally exercise my arms and back. Although it is heavy, it is easy to hold on.Moreover, it is also very durable. All in all, this product is really beyond my expectation.

Just started trying to get my workout in order. Having this rope is a must. You get a full body workout with it. Can be mounted for easier workout. I was tired in minutes and I already feel like I've done something.

These ropes are so great! I set them up with my little personal home gym. I get such a good workout with these. After 20 minutes of HIIT with these I’m sweating bad! These are really good if you’re trying to burn calories but get tired of only running. They also come with a protective layer on the ropes which is good since I use them outside.

Wow. Great product. Honestly, about 5 minutes of playing around with this battlerope, and I feel like a spend a whole hour on arms and back. Get the long one because you can always knot it to be shorter. Haven't used the mounting bracket because I use this outside, but the bracket and hardware are sturdy. The grips are well attached and the sheath is pretty tough material because I just loop it around a 4x4 post and there are no signs of chafing yet which really surprises me. Excellent product. Came well packaged too

Good to have for stamina training. I love sports and focus on building muscles. The battle rope is very convenience to hook up and use, I put it into my garage and use it on a daily basis, the weight and handle are perfect for me. I would suggest it to all sports lovers.
