Not good for smartphones :(
The main reason I purchased Tek Gear Core Warm Tek Ski Gloves (besides its attractive price) was for touchscreen compatibility. Although the fingertips of these gloves do react with such technology, it is completely impractical as the surface area of the fabric is not precise enough to actually do much with a smartphone.Another horrible design flaw is the length of the thumbs. I have pretty long fingers (for example: I can palm a basketball) and even my long thumbs had so much excess space inside the gloves. The elongated thumbs add to the futility of utilizing its touchscreen capabilities.The gloves are warm enough for mild winters and are indeed waterproof; however, if you are searching for a reliable pair of touchscreen gloves, I would NOT recommend Tek Gear Core. Look for gloves that have a touchscreen 'nub' or with a more accurate (ie smaller) surface area upon contact.

If you manufacture warm, you don't mix with cooling fiber.
The gloves are okey. Many reviews say the fingers are too short. Well, I am not NBA player, so it fit just right.What I did not like, that the outside of the gloves are made with cooling materials, that I do not enjoy touching at cold/sick days. Inside are very warm, though. Returned.
