These dishes are attractive and are of a good weight and durability. They are sturdy enough to last a long time. The set I purchased had some hardly noticeable flaws in the finish on one plate. I contacted the email address on the card that was packed with the dishes about a replacement plate. The company was very quick in their response. The pattern was no longer available but they instead offered to send me a whole new set in my choice of a couple of patterns and I could keep the original set. Both sets are sturdy, good quality dishes and I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service the company provided.

I love the pattern and the quality is wonderful. They are thick, not like other cheap melamine plates. I use them every day! Not microwave safe.
