These are wonderfully sturdy. I liked my first one so much, I bought more. That's when I discovered one small issue for my particular kitchen: due to the design, they stack rather than nest into each other. That's a difference of a couple of inches with trying to store 4 racks. I don't think the racks would be as sturdy with another design, so I still give the product 5 stars since they are great, even if my storage options aren't.

This rack fits my Nordcware Quarter Sheet Pan perfectly! You have no idea how many racks I've purchased trying to find one that fits. Unless I'm in a hurry, I Cook my bacon in the oven. Less shrinking, flatter and more attractive finished product. Most racks have the wires running only one way as opposed to both ways like this rack. Nothing falls through this one.Cleanup is painless if you soak it in hot soapy water first. Then using a scrubby sponge or stiff brush, clean the rack on both sides. Look to see which way the wires run and rub the scrubby/brush in the same direction, flip it over and clean the other side in the opposite direction. I use the same brush that I use on my cast iron grlll pan.I never put my metal cookware in the dishwasher, they stay looking like new and last much longer.

These have been so useful, but not just for what I bought them for. I wanted non-teflon cooling racks, and came across these on Amazon. Then I realized I could use them in the oven for roasting zucchini, asparagus, etc. Zucchini used to taste pretty watery when I roasted on a sheet pan, but now, they are firm and tasty using these racks instead. I love the size and how they perfectly fit in my half sheet pans!

Seems like a quality product but it turns out that the 8.5" width is too big for myquarter-sheet size pans.It also is not very tall, so I was worried it will might not be tall enough to keep a roasting meatout of its own juices if the meat is fatty.Will keep it and try using it in my bigger pans. So far, it is tall enough to keep my meatsout of the juices in the bottom of the pan.It also cleans very easily. Some pieces of meat can get stuck where the wires cross, but theycome out without much work at all.

"LOVE LOVE LOVE!! It fits my Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Quarter Sheet- perfectly. I even broil on it and it cleans up like a dream!! (Since it is Stainless Steel I use oven cleaner on it if I really get stuff burnt on!!) I only wish I could find an affordable Stainless Steel pan that is as nice as this rack!!!

8 1/2 inches by 12 inches, not the 8 x 10 size others sell as quarter sheet size. The wires are thicker than other brands I returned. I think they are some metric gauge but I have a gauge for ASWG and by it these are 6 gauge and 14 gauge wires. Another brand I ordered had smaller: 8 & 15 gauge wires. The smaller gauge wires (a 15 gauge wire is .smaller than a 14 gauge wire) make flimsier racks that flex noticeably. The spacing is 1 cm. These don't need the reinforcing bar another brand touts because these are already sturdy. Support delicate things like fish for cooking, multiple pieces of chicken, dredged bits at the ready or still hot cookies for cooling that would sag on a rack with larger spaces. Also, strong enough that I can set pots on these as a trivet, for cooling if I've overheated them, cooling a pressure cooker or just if I'm pressed for counter space and in a rush. Pretty handy item.

I purchased this rack to pair with a quarter sheet pan to serve dual purpose as a broiler pan. I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner because this is a perfect combination for the job. Honestly, this is far better then anything labeled "broiler pan" I've seen or used for that function. I am really impressed. This is a high quality rack that mates perfectly to a Nordicware quarter sheet pan. Trust me folks, this makes an impressive combination quality wise. I honestly could not be more pleased. I don't often get to say that about many things these days, but this is one of them.

I've used this a few times already and it's super easy to clean. No need to scrub with abrasive pads or soak really. Just clean with sponge and soapy water. Seems like it is good quality. Used it to make Chinese roast pork and prime ribs. Came out perfect.

Great product, used it the other night to cook a roast. Most cooling racks sold in stores are not for oven use as they have a coating or rubberized feet. The rack is thick and sturdy making it good to cook roasts, vegetables and other heavy things.

Good strong well made product will last a lifetime hope to find larger one to buy also would recommend this product

Good rack for use in a convection oven for air frying french fries etc. Now I don't need an actual air fryer and I am finally using my convection oven properly. For even better air circulation, use a rimless baking sheet. I also cooked some chicken wings (Pinty) and they came out nice and crispy.
