Great Computer, Great Support
Review Update-- I was contacted by Corsair support and they offered to either replace the RAM or reimburse me if I had already purchased replacement RAM, along with a free Corsair keyboard or headset of my choice for any inconvenience. Corsair support has done an excellent job keeping me informed every step of the way as they processed my reimbursement and shipped the keyboard I selected. I am very pleased with my new system and feel like they went above and beyond to correct my RAM issue. I wish all companies had support this good!Upon receipt of the system it had stability issues. I ran the Corsair diagnostics and it reported bad RAM. I swapped the RAM out with some known good RAM I had on hand and the system became stable. I got the system set up and filed a support ticket with Corsair to get replacement RAM. Here is an excerpt from the reply I received:"It seems the RAM itself cannot be replaced as it's special RAM made specifically for the vengeance system and not the typical retail version of the RAM, so we would have to replace the entire system."Since I had already spent several hours setting up the system and was enjoying using it, I declined their offer of entire system replacement. I am at a loss as to why they were unwilling to replace the RAM as Vengeance Pro RGB 16GB RAM 2666Mhz is available here on Amazon, as well as, many local retailers.

10 min setup, fast gaming, stylistic,
it runs perfectly out of the box. glass is super clean, and does NOT attract finger prints. my thumbscrews were a little too tight, but thats alright. it runs super quietly, never heard anything past a soft white noise. cooling is extraordinary, and while running planet coaster on ultra serrings, i got 100+ fps. using icue, i customized the lighting, and my keyboard. the box itself looks slick and is very aesthetic. though sadly the main glass panel where you see the components in on the left, which i didnt have a big enough desk to fit it on the right side and use my mouse. other than that it worked out if the box, and i got it ser up in about 10 minutes. very consumer friendly, very stylistic, very powerful.

Fantastic
So this PC is fantastic highly recommended for the price point to buy the individual parts and build it yourself the price is very similar This company is highly trusted and has great customer services. if you're on the brink of buying a pre build this is the one to go for, never go with something like iBuyPower, or CyberPower, never buy prebuilds from these companies they will cheat you out of you money and they won't help you if something happens to the computer this company will pay for the shipping and ship you a new one and pay for the cost to send the broken one to them highly recommended item worth every penny

Regrets
I hate to be the one star angry customer. This computer started off great, but I've had the sad experience of seeing it deteriorate in less than 2 years. There is a major design flaw where the graphics card gets bad ventelation. It has caused my computer to crash on me at least once every day. I've even had days where it'll crash 3 or 4 times in a row before it decides to stay on. I have since removed the glass panel on top of it to allow for better air flow. That has worked pretty well for a short while, but now it's back to crashing. Invest your hard earned money in a different computer because this one will not last long enough.

Excellent Gaming PC with some Lack of Attention to Detail
09/13/2020I bought this gaming PC back in late August so I've had it for about a month and a half now. I'd like to start off by saying that I'm not quite a full PC enthusiast, but I'm also not completely ignorant when it comes to PCs. I built my previous gaming PC and will be comparing my experience with the Corsair Vengeance to that. These are the games that I'm mainly playing at this time:Skyrim (Ultra Modded)FortniteWizard101Portal SeriesLego Harry PotterMortal Kombat XLTeam Fortress 2BioShock SeriesDoom EternalDoomHorizon Zero DawnAll of these games run extremely well with this PC. You can easily play all of them with maxed out graphics at >60 FPS quite easily. My previous PC (i3 6100, GTX 1070, 8GB dual channel DDR4 ram), could handle most of these at pretty high settings, but FPS would range dramatically (from 15 FPS - 100 FPS depending on the game). I can now say that this is no longer an issue. This is very likely due to my poor i3 6100 bottlenecking everything, but I digress. What will kill this PC is of course something like the new Flight Simulator and running games at high frame rates. Since this computer is more powerful than anything I've had before, I decided to spend some money on a nice 165 Hz monitor and I can safely say that was a great decision. Everything is now so smooth, but the downside is that now my GPU starts getting to very high temperatures (>70C) under load. I had to bring down the textures in Fortnite to be able to high 165 FPS (playing at medium settings with maximum load distance) and Horizon Zero Dawn will cause the GPU to thermal throttle running at max settings.TL;DR #1:So in terms of gaming, if you're at 1080P and 60 Hz, this thing will do basically anything and everything you could want gaming-wise. I have not tried 4K gaming so I cannot speak to that. High refresh rate gaming is certainly doable albeit with the possibility of having to bring down some textures. The PC Itself Overall:The case is beautiful. I have never had a computer where I can see the components and I can safely say that it's grown on me a lot. I have also never had RGB and while I'm not a huge RGB fan, I can certainly appreciate it and have liked the ability to tie certain LEDs to the temperature of different components. I like the choice of components (reputable power supply, decent motherboard, standard case, etc.). All of this means that I can hopefully count on these components to last longer than some nameless pre-built. I certainly could have saved money and gotten very similar components, but likely with a cheap power supply and motherboard, non-standard case, etc. which could lead to both upgrade ability and reliability issues down the line. The Bad:There were a few things that I had to fix myself which led me to believe there was a lack of attention to detail. I'm sure due to the pandemic and everyone buying PCs that they're building these as quickly as they can, but that's still not an excuse. The first thing I found very frustrating was the cable management. From the pictures here on Amazon, I was expecting a very neat secondary compartment, but that's not the case at all with my unit. As you can see from the image, they just shoved all the cables in there and called it good. While this doesn't both me since I can't see them, it's still a bit frustrating since if I built mine I would have taken the time to cable manage properly. I paid extra money for someone else to assemble it and they only did half the job. The next thing that's frustrating is the lack of the components that came with the motherboard. It seems like they missed one of the motherboard screws and did not include the M.2 screw for the second M.2 slot. They have the standoff there, but not the screw itself. A lot of M.2 NVME SSDs don't come with the screw, so now that's something else I'll have to consider. Lastly, was the lack of instructions on the stand that's holding up the GPU. I've kept it there since without it there is significant GPU sag, but it does seem to have a minor impact (~5C) on GPU temperatures. The GPU sag can be remedied a bit by messing with the back panel component that holds in PCIE devices, but it doesn't completely remove the sag.TL;DR #2:A few gripes with the PC:- Cable management should be better and not just shoved in (see picture)- Missing second M.2 screw (and possibly a motherboard screw)- Not clear what to do with the GPU stand (GPU sags without it despite being able to fix the sag a little bit)Overall:I'm pretty happy with this purchase. As much as I wanted to give it 5 stars, I can't because of the lack of attention to detail. If you look at the gaming performance and just overall performance for someone who doesn't do video editing or other extreme things, then it's an excellent choice. Since it is built with standard, high-quality components, then I can certainly upgrade down the line without much worry. Could you get these components for a better price? Absolutely. I chose not to do that because I didn't want to take the time to wait for 5 different delivery dates, deal with 10 different warranties, and then have to put it all together. The ~+15% increase in price was justified for someone like me.I will certainly update this review if there are any issues to report on, what the issue is, and how customer service handles it. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask in the comments and I'll happily answer if I know.TL;DR #3:Overall, I am happy with this computer. Could you get similar components for cheaper? Yes. However, if your time is very valuable and don't want the hassle of dealing with the current short supply, high prices, and different warranties then this is a good choice. Good components should allow you to upgrade down the line without much worry.

Great Computer For Digital Content Creators!
Works AMAZING in all Adobe programs, as well as other softwares i've tried. If holding a lot of videos or footage, you will want to buy a larger hard drive and down the road which you can easily install in the back by simply hooking up a sata cable and sliding it in (This case has slots for 2 hard drives so you can just add one without taking the other out).
