Worked. Easy & fast. Used to buy this online but they are overpriced atm. Great deal. Happy I took the leap. Been using butdefender for half a decade now. Supern protection. Does what it needs to and does not interfare with gaming & gaming speed unless you decide to run a scan when gaming.

I’ve been using Bitdefender for a few years having given up on Kaspersky due to concerns that the integrity of the package might be compromised by interference on the part of the Russian Government. Reinforced by the fact that my high street bank withdrew it from their customer offerings due to similar concerns.Anyway back to Bitdefender. I've been using their Total Security suite for a number of years and during that time not one of my connected devices (Windows laptop, IPad and Samsung phones) has been compromised by any security threats. It's intercepted a few but thankfully that's as far as it got. As far as I'm concerned that's what I'm paying for and that's what it's consistently delivered.As an added bonus the suite also gives you the benefit of various tweaks to improve the running of your devices. All of which are neatly arranged, customisable and explained in relatively simple terms.All in all its a great all rounder with consistently good reviews from the computer experts and consumer websites. Its easy to operate and delivers everything that you you need and want from a Security Suite. If you are looking for peace of mind from the growing number of threats that blight our everyday access to the Web and beyond then look no further.

I have used Bitdefender for many years with its low impact on my system hardware speed but a high level of protection. If you switch on all of the protection, it even protects against ransomware which has been very high profile in the news lately. The installation process is painless and this version can protect 10 devices that include smartphones and tablets. Amazon is cheaper than buying from Bitdefender directly, something their sales desk admits. All of the PC test reviews I have looked at agree that its detection rates and more importantly what it does when it finds something, is the best of the best and it has saved me from problems many times when surfing the net. Sometimes this is because website designers have not been too careful about how they have assembled their sites. A well-known UK supermarket always flashes up warnings genuinely but I am protected against those bad elements in real-time by Bitdefender so I can still get my order done in safely. This is one purchase you will not regret.

Firstly I'm a very technical person, therefore this review comes from someone who knows the ins and outs of an AV product. After installing this on 4 physical machines, all of very good specs I found the internet traffic drastically reduced to woeful levels at times. I'm not the average user since also I run a home lab consisting of 7 virtual machines as well for various internal LAN services.On these physical machine I'm running ADGuard with Private DNS and did the necessary bypasses and config changes to make sure both products worked together.I didn't want to use the Bitdefender VPN for AD blocking as ADGuard was already doing a stellar job at that, but needed a better ransomware and AV protection than the default Windows 11.Over 2 days I was constantly fiddling with exclusions and turning this and that off and seemed like a never ending task of constant tweaking. Also having my Windows hosts files being amended constantly didn't help either for access to specific home lab services that I'd spun up.For a normal home user who basically has nothing but Windows AV running, this install and forget might work better for you as it ticks a lot of boxes. I have no idea whether your Internet traffic will suffer as much as mine, and I have a 1gb fibre.I bought the 1 year 10 device license for what seemed like a good deal, but am making zero use of it now.Anyone who wants to better fine tune their security posture look elsewhere.

No issues, but it's cheaper to get item physically sent to an amazon collection point. It's £3 more to have it sent to your home address, and £5 extra to have the code emailed. Not very green Amazon?
