Will it stick to Thermoplastic polyurethane (tpu)?

Yes, I personally have it on a lifeproof phone case

Does this include the adhesive base that allows the popsocket popwallet+ to attach to the phone?

The PopSockets PopWallet will have an adhesive base. Sticks best to smooth hard plastic cases.

I cannot even get the clear cover off the sticky part. It keeps peeling the adhesive with it. Any tips or do I give up and return my order?

We recommend contacting Amazon or PopSockets support for further assistance.
