Do NOT heat the fingertips!
I was given these glove liners for Christmas in the "Men's" small-medium but they were too tight and the heating element stopped short at the base of my fingernail. So after 15 minutes of shoveling snow in 24 degree weather, with no wind, and wearing leather ski mittens over them, my fingertips were very cold. So the first pair was returned and I bought these in the Men’s L/XL, which are still not that big. Worse, the heating element actually stops about 2/3 of the way down the finger, so that even more of my fingers are not heated.I will be returning these, but I want to know if the are simply defective and can be replaced with a pair that has heat all the way to the tips of the fingers. (I was even willing to sew the tips of the fingertips of the larger gloves over in order to have the heating element better positioned, but now that I have them, there is NO WAY I could do that. The base of the glove's fingers would be at my middle knuckle!)I was so excited at the possibility of having warm hands so am very disappointed. Also, I left a message for the seller about a week ago and have not yet heard back.

Never seen such poor quality
I recommend steering clear of this product. Despite only a 3 star review I decided to take a chance on these gloves, thinking that maybe there were bad experiences that were ironed out but I was wrong. One of the gloves began to malfunction within 3 minutes of its first use. It would no longer power on unless the power button was held down, The second glove gave great heat to the hands but it only lasted a few more hours until it died. With quality this bad I'm honestly a little worried about having such poorly made lithium ion batteries in my house. I feel like they could burst at any minute causing a fire. I cant wait to return this item and get it out of my house. The idea and design is great. I've looked around and this is the only glove with heated finger tips that you can slip on other gloves. The others on the market are bulky and terrible looking work gloves but even though this fills a need in the market this product is not for me or you. Trust me.

I think these gloves are great so far ish.
Happies:I think these gloves are great so far.I think they look great. They’re really good in 20/30 degree weather. They’re cool. I like the 3 settings. I like how they cover the wrists. They are VERY cool!Crappies:The material is NOT durable. Less than one month from Christmas we are worrying about how to clean and potentially repair/replace the fabric without ruining the wiring inside. They are fraying around the fingers. These gloves have only been used for usual things like driving on a cold day, or maybe shoveling snow. We are not crazy active people.Below 10 degrees you need other gloves over them because they’re thin. The battery is sort of in an odd place. It presses against the wrist. The directions were clearly written by someone that English is not their first language. Being a multi-lingual person is awesome! But the directions had some inconsistencies about battery charging/life and made us wonder a bit about how to take good care of the gloves.Less than one month later the batteries seem to be holding a charge for less time than when we first got them.We were so excited about these gloves to help with Raynauds. They are rated the best glove for this syndrome, and so we didn't mind blowing the extra money. But, now we're sort of wondering if they're even going to last a few months. Which is a huge bummer.

Not as good as they sound.......
These gloves were bought so I could keep my hands warm while being on a motorcycle. We recently took a trip and it was very very cold 20degrees or so. The gloves come with a nice storage bag, but that's all I liked about them. The glove only heats the palm of the hand and does not heat the entire hand, nor does the heat spread through out. The batteries are very bulky, they have to be connected inside a pocket near the wrist. They are also kind of heavy. They don't work well with most other outer gloves because the battery is so bulky. They say after the 1st charge the battery won't take as long to charge but this is not true either. The material is silky soft like, but that wasn't even that impressive. We decided to go with 12 volt gloves instead. So I would not recommend them.

Not as good as expected.
I have Raynaud's Syndrome and either it's a really bad case or others don't really have it because I live in NYC and these STILL don't warm my hands enough, even as glove liners. The fingers are pretty much unheated.

Very nice gloves, its good to have warm fingers
lightweight, can be worn under gloves or by themselves. these are really nice gloves worth every bit of what they charge. perfect fit. Most of the heated gloves come in men's sizes but I'm so glad i found these ones. You can use them for delicate projects but also use them under big gloves while shoveling horse manure or just working around the yard with gloves over the top of them. So far they are working as stated. It is not my habit to write false reviews. I will always have my honest opinion put down.

Product description is dishonest.
The product description stated "Micro-thin stretchable carbon fibers distributes heat evenly to all fingers". This isn't true. I charged the batteries for 9 hours (as per the instruction manual), plugged the batteries into the gloves, pressed the buttons until the lights flashed and let them pre-heat until the red light stopped flashing and stayed a solid color (according to the manual, this takes 5 minutes). The only part of the gloves that warmed up was the back of the hand. The fingers stayed at room temperature. If you're buying gloves for Raynaud's (i.e. poor blood circulation in fingers), look elsewhere.
