Q: First picture shows the wireless foot controls and quick disconnect mount. Are they included?

They were included in the bundle that I bought. I think they sell one with only the remote? The price will indicate the stuff that's included. Some come with a quick change bracket for mounting the motor to your boat, mine did. That's a really useful item too.I'm well pleased with my purchase. I have another older motor that I dropped from the tailgate of my pickup, broke the thing, but I was able to get a spare part I needed from Haswing Outdoors. Charles sent it to me no charge. I had to wait a while due to covid, but I really appreciate those guys. Good luck.

Q: Does the remote control have the anchor feature?

No. You need a smart phone or another device capable of operating the "Helmsman" app. That's where the control for the navigation mode and the anchor lock are. You can still use the remote for steering and speed control, but it doesn't operate the anchor lock feature. Hope this helps you.
