We bought my brother this skateboard for Christmas 2019, and he was really excited about it. However, the skateboard suddenly stopped working around 2 to 3 weeks ago. Considering this was FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS, we thought we would be able to get it back up and running, but everything we tried failed. Now, it's a piece of junk and frankly, a waste of space. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! If I could give less stars for battery life and durability than one star, I most certainly would. Furthermore, my brother tried to contact the people for a refund and he never got an answer back. I hope everyone can read my review and understand that this product is not worth your time. Thank you.

Lasted 4 months with light use. Can’t get a hold of Custumer service. $500 down the drain. What a disappointment!

broken after 5 uses of less than a mile each do not buy this board or any others from this company they do not fix anything the warranty is a joke ,-5 stars team gee blows hard battery life sucks if anyone can get 11 miles on this thing they are pushing 10.9 of it don't waste your money on this

Bought this as a birthday present for my son.; also got a stand. He loves it!! The performance - especially the speed - is just as described and expected. He is still discovering this new amazing gadget...

More exciting and higher build quality than expected.

I was amazed how powerful this e-skateboard was. I’m 50 years old and A big dude (250Lps) the board had no problem getting me up the hill outside my house. Also hard to tell it’s an electric.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas and it just stopped working. There is no way to get it fixed or my money back. Do not purchase
