Just as you'd expect
They are pieces of cloth with embedded pads and sized for your shark steam mop. They will get dirty as you use them on tile or wood floors and can be rinsed out several time before you need to discard.

Does the job
Mop pads work well but when they get really dirty they do not wash clean even with bleach. I have six dogs and the floors are a challenge. Pads only last 2-3 months max.

Shark Steam mop does an awesome job with these steam mop pads!
The pads are fairly easy to get clean, they will not go back to that bright white and grey they once were but close enough. In my opinion, they absorb better than the mop head that comes with this particular steam mop.
