I bought this item in New condition. When I received the product, the packaging/box was nothing enticing....cheap and nothing that showed the product on the box. I opened the box and was greeted by Chinese packing slips and such, which you would think they would have an English version on the backside for special cleaning instructions and such -- nope! Fine; just show me my product. I opened the top of the lid of the product, and there was a dry chunk of some substance on the lip of the item and in the crevice of the inside of the lid. On top of that, I see the issue where people complained about the metallic taste of the item. I will probably have to wash this thing a multitude of times before that taste goes away, if at all. Next, the item is a fingerprint magnet. Lastly, there was a sticker at the bottom where they used way too much adhesive, and it leaves behind a very annoying residue (more so than most). Rubbing alcohol has little affect in removing it. All I can say good is: it is leak proof, looks nice, and easy to clean. I question how well it holds heat, because the design and materials do not look as it would hold heat well versus products designed specifically to do so.I know this is bashing the product, but I am VERY disappointed. I do not give this one star lightly, though, it is deserved for the condition I received the product on top of the other issues noted.

I needed a small thermos to hold about a pint of coffee each day. This works well and holds exactly 16oz. It does not keep the coffee piping hot but it is good enough. I should warm the thermos before filling. It can be cleaned with a standard bottle brush. The tea strainer will stop large grounds from going through into the coffee, but not fine grounds.

Keeps coffee hot for a long time

The lid was damaged and color was peeled off easily. Compared to all other ones I brought, this one is most expensive and not very easy to use.

Had I known it was from China I would not have purchased it. That being said, it is nice looking and lovely to hold. Trouble is, NO ENGLISH instructions. Everything is in Chinese. If a company is going to sell in a foreign country, it's wise to print instructions etc in that country's language.

Truly keeps hot liquids HOT and cold liquids COLD....for at least 5 hours, maybe more.....haven't tested it longer. Also, needed a smaller diameter bottle for golf carts, and this is perfect.

This product looks very sleek and feels sleek. It is smooth but firm with a matte black finish that adds a subtle business vibe. My only complain is that the lid doesn't screw on effortlessly and the mechanism requires a bit of fiddling to screw the lid on correctly. It is leak proof and highly heat secure.
