This product puts me to sleep very fast! My husband really liked the taste, which says a lot bc he’s very picky. We both took the supplement before bed & I never heard him snore. So either this product really does keep him from snoring, or I was sleeping so soundly I never heard a peep! I recommend giving this a try if you struggle falling asleep and staying asleep. Or if your significant other snores and keeps you up at night.

I've been struggling with sleeping for the last 2 years. My solution has been a glass of wine and maybe even hard liquor. I was hoping a natural product would work for me. Lifesaver. Several reasons why I LOVE this product. 1. I prefer not to take medication as I respond poorly from side effects.
