I have been losing a lot of hair for the last couple of years, and I have tried many supplements to no avail. Since I started using this shampoo, I have noticed less hair falling out. No thickening, but noticeably fewer strands on my comb. I use this shampoo only once/week, so it is possible the effect could be even better if used more frequently. The shampoo smells good, and it leaves my hair nice and soft. It cleans well without being too drying, but I do notice my hair getting greasy slightly quicker than with other shampoos (I have fine, limp hair that gets greasy quickly). I have a very sensitive scalp, and often react to shampoos. This shampoo works great and doesn't irritate or dry my scalp at all. Considering this is a silicone and sulphate free shampoo, and considering it actually seems to help with hair loss, I would say it is very good value for money.
