Excellent service!
Our son came to us the other day and let us know that the item that we had purchased for him almost two years ago no longer worked. After doing some trouble-shooting, we realized that it in fact was no longer working. Fortunately, we had purchased the protection for this item. We contacted Asurion and they made the shipping of the item back to them easy and the refund for the original purchase price was sent to us in a matter of days. We appreciate knowing that we have found a company that will insure and fix/replace any defected items with ease. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Asurion came through to save the day!
I have bought protection plans from Asurion before, but haven’t had to use one for a product failure or damage in the past. Recently my product had a failure outside of manufacturers warranty for return. I was glad I had a policy protection for it. It was easy to submit a claim and got an E-gift card in my email with an hour or so. I ended up using the Live chat help, which I would recommend. Asurion saved that day for me.

Easy to file a claim
It was easy to file a claim. All I had to do was submit a picture of the item I had purchased a protection for. They emailed me a gift card for the replacement almost instantly.

Claims are futile!
Do not purchase this insurance for sporting goods. I bought a Bcan mini-trampoline that broke within 3 months. So I purchased another one with Asurion insurance. The second trampoline had 3 broken springs within 3 months. I tried to make a claim with Asurion, but they redirected me to the seller's warranty, which is not available. Just be aware, if you purchase this insurance, making a claim is a pain. You will have to deal with chatbots that do not understand nor can solve the problem.
