Been using this on my xc races after switching over from gels. Great easy to open packaging, easy to swallow as it's a watery texture and not thick like gu gels. Flavor is so so I don't hate it but it's not delicious by no means. No gi issues at all so far ands that usually something that has plagued me in the past with other manufacturer products. Love that you don't have to down a whole bottle of water to activate this like other gels.

These really have no flavor, but u can definitely taste the caffeine.. they are watery not like others I have had that are more jell like and in all honesty much better
