Really helped with my sensitive teeth, and the cinnamon is very sweet and mild. It is not sugar sweet or abrasive spicy cinnamon. Its a perfect flavor and the paste is very creamy and soft. It is almost like using a moisturizer for your mouth. It is much better than any paste or gel I have used.Other toothpastes leave a chalky, filmy residue, and one that makes me afraid to swallow for a half hour but this toothpaste does not do that. I love brushing my teeth with this!

Tastes like soap
My dermatologist recommended this toothpaste since it’s SLS free and she thought SLS might have been contributing to my perioral dermatitis. While I can say I haven’t had my perioral dermatitis return since using it, the taste leaves something to be desired. I purchased the cinnamon and it is very mild—almost like an aftertaste. That’s not the issue…it kind of tastes like soap. My teeth felt relatively brushing with this. I had high hopes considering this is a higher priced toothpaste. But because of the soapy taste, I will not be purchasing again.

Tastes Great but not for sensitive teeth
This toothpaste tastes so good I want to eat it. And there are no chemicals so I don't get that dry mouth thirsty feeling after brushing that I do with chemical filled toothpastes. However, I thought it would help with my sensitive teeth and in my opinion I don't think it does, in a way I feel like my teeth are getting more sensitive. If you don't have sensitive teeth, get this, it is such a yummy chemical free healthy toothpaste for your teeth.
