If the cartridge slot don’t move to the center, please turn off the printer and then reboot it. 2、Open the package and take the ink cartridge out. 3、Please remove the yellow label marked as PULL first. 4、Put the color ink cartridges into the color cartridge slots, and put the black ink cartridge into the black ink cartridge slot, make sure they are on the right place. 5、After put the ink cartridges well, close the ink cartridge cover. NOTE: 1、Please keep the cartridges upside down for few seconds before install. 2、Please install the cartridge into the correct printer slot. 3、Please press 'OK' or 'Continue' button to go on print, when prompt 'Non-genuine ink cartridges installed' or 'Used or counterfeit cartridges detected'. 4、Please wipe the chip with eraser and re-install it, when prompt the "Cartridge cannot be recognized" or "Cartridge is damaged" 5、If line or blurry happens, try realigning your printer heads, choose your printer clean option to clean the print head. We suggest you to clean the printer heads every time before you replace the ink cartridge. 6、If your printer do not recognize the ink cartridge at the first time, please take it off and install again. 7、We have our own production workshop and R & D department, ink cartridges with pass rate over 98%, if your ink cartridges can't be recognized, please feel free to contact us.
