Why is it not the full kit, I mean come on just the case? Possible this is a used meter missing components?

Hello manufacturer packs This model in multiple ways. This is not a kit which simply means it does not come with Extra Supplies, As for the CASE, it does come with the Case. Please read the description again, as of right now we are shipping with those Supplies in it. Other supplies like strips and Control solution lancets or lancet pen may not come with this.
