Great way to count steps when your arms aren't swinging.
This has been a great addition to my Flex2 for when I'm walking on the treadmill desk or when I'm shopping and pushing a cart, and my steps aren't being counted. I usually pop the Fitbit pebble in here, and clip it either to my shoe or on to a bra strap.I've seen issues where people talking about it coming loose and losing their Fitbit, but I try to get it in a place that it's going to be pretty snug (rather than a beltloop or waistband, etc). The magnet is pretty powerful for its size, so it will snap on to other nearby metals sometimes, but I've never had it come off. The pebble itself fits snugly in there, so unless you don't put it in correctly, it's pretty unlikely to fall out.I really enjoy having this for counting those steps I was missing.

Love this!
This is the best thing ever made for a fitbit. I use a walker so I don't use my arms to walk. I attach the holder to my sock and am able to have all of my step counted for the day!

DO NOT BUY THIS
The design is flawed. As reported here by many people, the magnet will grab onto EVERYTHING metal it comes into contact with. I had it 1 week, and it ripped off my pocket more than 5 Times simply by walking by something metal. The base board of my bed, my front gate, anything metal you put in your pocket. And now, my Fitbit Flex 2 is lost because of this flawed design. And I don’t lose ANYTHING. I’ve nevr lost car keys, wallet, sunglasses, or my Fitbit One I had for almost 3 years before it crapped out.If you need a CLIP solution, get the Fitbit Zip. Stay away from this piece of junk.

Great idea in theory - horrible in practice: cause of lost Fitbit
Sounds like a great idea, given how bad some of the purely mechanical Fitbit clips are.Sadly, this seemingly great idea is not so great in the real world. The magnet causes the Fitbit to detach from wherever you had it on your person, onto any other metal it can find.- Sit down on a chair which has a metal frame ? Once yo get up, the Fitbit is firmly attached to the chair, not to you.- Get onto an elevator with a metal door ? Guess where the Fitbit is going ?etc.I found the Fitbit the first couple of times it went wandering (which is how I know it was doing the above), but now it's gone for good - all because of the darn magnet.Save yourself the cost of replacing your Fitbit, and skip this holder.

Good in theory
The design appeared like it would work well, but there isn't enough silicone from the unit to the magnet so the piece was easily snagged and fell off.I ended up losing it on Vacation and was unable to backtrack to locate my Fitbit.

Not ideal...
It seemed like an awesome idea, so I ordered it. I just received this last week. Seems to work well if the magnet is stuck to itself (i.e. looped thru my shoelace, etc), but it totally came off the bottom edge of my thin tank top within minutes, just walking. The very first day I wore it, I lost it! It took me a long time to find it, retracing my steps. I was relieved, but amazed that I did. I will not try to attach it with material in between the magnets again. Not really sure how much I will use it, as I don't feel I can trust it to hold.

Really strong magnet - good for karate
Great little product. I take karate and because we are sparing and kicking, I can not wear a wrist fitbit holder. Nor can I use the large sized strap on my ankle though it does fit. So I purchased this item. I place my Fitbit Flex into the silicone holder and then wrap it around my sports bra and lay it inside against my skin (just in case it were to come off it would slide down into my sports bra and not end up on the floor). I have never had it come off even with very rigerous movement. The only time I "lost" my fitbit was when I used it during gardening and had it "clipped" to the neck of my t-shirt. I panicked when I realized it was gone thinking it was in the garden somewhere but I was pleasantly surprized when it discovered it just slid down the shirt and re-magnetic-clipped itself to itself through my t-shirt fabric on the inside of my shirt. Love this little thing.

Discreet but haven’t gotten good results while sleeping
I bought this for my Fitbit Flex 2 to wear as a pedometer since wearing the silicone band makes me break out. The magnet it really strong but am not sure if it matters which way the Fitbit is supposed to be in it. I’m worried if I put the side for charging on the magnet it will mess it up. There wasn’t any instructions that came with the holder so hopefully they've tested it and it doesn’t. I love that this holder is small and undectable while wearing. Except that I keep leaving it on my workout clothes afterwards but that’s something that I’ll get used to. I gave this holder 4 stars because I’ve tried wearing it while I sleep and it has not worked properly yet. I’ve tried wearing it on my night shirt, like the picture shows but the holder came off during the night then I tried it on another place on my shirt and even though it stayed on, I didn’t get a reading the next morning. I’ll try a few more times but I’m guessing I’ll have to wear the band or not use it for sleep results.
