It starts for a few seconds and then the tape goes blank. We tried it several times & I even had my son try it, but it is a defective tape. This VHS came enclosed as if it were new, but is defective. It is disappointing because I wanted to see "mr. Anatomy" and how to actually place the ab bar properly at the back of neck or head.
Review: I was so happy to find this - I was so happy to find this. I used it years ago to help lose weight and I am using it again. This workout doesn’t feel like it is doing anything until the next day and you will feel your abs again.

The Richard Simmons Ab Formula including Video, Ab Bar & booklet came in looking like new. However the VHS does not work. It starts for a few seconds and then the tape goes blank.
