Loved, Loved, Loved this book!! A great collaboration between two talented authors. Read it when it first came out as I do anything written by Lois Greiman and have been waiting ever-sense for the sequel I was sure would follow. Come on ladies give it up. We need to know where this story goes.

Fantasy and suspens!
Great premise for fans of fantasy, suspense and romance! Loved this first book by Lois and her daughter Tara. The mother/daughter characters are heartwarming personalities that draw the reader into the story and have you rooting for their success. And the underlying message of acceptance for our odd little quirks -- so what if you have a witch and her werewolf daughter -- make these characters both lovable and identifiable. Can't wait for the next adventure!

Love for Minnesota
If you like cooking, small-town drama, Minnesota, or just generally being able to relate to things, you probably want to read this book. Full of laughs and memorable scenes. The closeness between Lois and Tara is obvious and inspiring. Sequel?

More of this magic, please!
Gentian Baker has her hands full enough, what with efforts to bewitch male admirers to tune her car or supply fish for her restaurant. But life gets messy when someone takes a potshot at her daughter, Skye. And when Skye undergoes a furry transformation, is it the culmination of puberty, or are more peculiar factors to blame? In Mixing Magic, Lois Greiman and Tara Daun team up on a mother-and-daughter project that explores an enchanting blend of magic and reality. Gen has a fanciful but inexplicable talent for mixing herbs or adding a spoonful of river water to enhance her cooking. She's also troubled by her inability to remember life before coming to Black River, Minnesota.Ryan Ramsey, a teenage hunk who's new in town, has issues of his own. Are his uncanny, murderous dreams a reflection of reality? Or does someone else inhabit his body for sprees of homicidal revenge? Deputy Sharon Cleaver is determined to crack the case, even if her approach is somewhat overzealous.By the time chaos erupts to frenzy, the town crones have stepped in, and a well-dressed stranger has triggered the return of Gen's memories. This is a novel full of delicious fun and thoughtful motives. Maybe forgetting and avoidance are ways to evade accepting oneself, but unusual talents have a way of claiming their due.

Enchanting
I couldn't put this book down! In fact, I stayed up very late one night reading it. The story is layered intricately. There is a charming mother-daughter relationship, coming of age issues more compelling than most, a solid mystery, and of course, the magic! I chuckled every time a bit of fun magic was brewed up. I highly recommend it.
