Grind it up, put in water and drink. Or put in tea egg and make tea. Or grind it into powder, mix with a little ground mallow in a bowl, add a little water and roll into pills; let them dry well and eat a couple of pills every day. Or add Vodka and make a tincture: 1 part dry herb to 5 parts Vodka, put in glass jar in a dark place, shake every day for 14 days. Strain and put into dropper bottle. Take 10-30 drops twice a day. Or put a teaspoon into your smoothie.

%0.7 for total eleutherosides is a good average for whole root, and %0.51 for eleutheroside E. 5g is a good starting point for using whole root, and that would give an average of 35mg of eleutherosides. In Chinese medicine, even 5 or 6 times this dosage is used. The dose partly depends on the goal. Eleuthero appears to be catecholaminergic in nature and able to increase neurotransmitters. The dosage this occurs at equates to about 3g for a human (or even less), this product is practically relevant.

We don't know, but %0.7 for total eleutherosides  and %0.51 for eleutheroside E is a good guess. The product isn't standardized and the seller doesn't provide an analysis. But they usually get quality product, and those numbers that I gave you are averages for whole root.
