Our clinically-studied MindCare is a formulation which relies heavily on the traditional botanical sciences of both Asia and Europe which believed that the ‘whole is greater than the sum of its parts’. As such, the amount of each herb in the formula is not meant to work in isolation but rather in conjunction with other complimentary herbs to provide a synergistic effect as documented in our clinical trials. As such, included in the MindCare formulation are 42mg of Ashwagandha and 74mg of Gotu Kola per capsule.

Is this product the same as geriforte sold by himalaya medicals in india?

Great question. The Himalaya US product StressCare is actually a closer cousin to the international Himalaya product Geriforte that you mention below, while the US product MindCare shares its similarities with the international product Mentat. Himalaya’s US and international products are close cousins, but not identical. Himalaya sells products in over 100 countries now, and different countries have different labeling laws and allowable or desirable ingredients that call for variations in our formulas from country to country. So, while the Himalaya product you bought overseas might be a very close relative to the one you bought in the US, they won't be exactly the same. They'll often differ in ingredients, labeling and dosage.

Is this the same formula as Mentat?

The ingredients in Mind Care and Mentat are similar, but having taken both I will say that Mentat is more effective for me.  This may be because Mentat is formulated in India on the understanding of Ayurvedic medicine and its focus on proper balance of ingredients, whereas Mind Care is formulated in the U.S. without that basis.

The advertisement says 120 caps but the bottle says 60 caps which is it
