I have noticed at least one health benefit to this, it does give you a sense of calmness when taken. Not as anxious. I believe it affects the mood in a positive way that I've noticed as well. Ease of swallowing,.no taste, effectiveness is good and for the value, not bad.

Very good product you have to make sure to use it every day unfortunately I’ve had so much going on and on my life this year with our house burning down and my husband been having four seizures. We don’t keep up with it but now I’ll have time to keep up with it because it really works. Good you feel a difference in how you feel you feel more awake and less foggy brained

I have originally purchased the 90 capsules, and since I like the product I went ahead and ordered the 120 and to my surprise the ingredients are different, and the pictures do not mentions anything about rice or milk. As seen on my pictures attached to my review, this particular product contains milk constituent and organic rice fiber, also it is not vegan, nor kosher etc as the one I owned. The lid is also different from the one I have. The guy that helped me on Amazon raised a ticket due to my concern and experience with these product or vendor. To this point I’m confused and concerned because people allergic to rice or milk can be affected negatively. Please always read your health supplements products once they arrive.
