Super easy to install after drilling pilot holes. There is a noticeable resonance increase as well. This added enough stability on my gotoh floyd that I was able to remove 1 saddle at a time to add shims to match my neck radius without the other string changing pitch, turning a nightmare setup job into a 15 minute walk in the park. Make sure to tighten it up a bit before install so it has enough tension to expand if needed.

Works like a champ, I have been trying to knock it out of tune, can't do it so far. Install time about 20 minutes. Only downside is no instructions. There are videos on you tube for the Blackbox stabilizer which is about the same thing. Make sure to drill pilot holes or you will strip the screws. Very happy with it over all. It seems to add sustain and not needing to retune every 5 minutes awesome.

Positives: Seems to stabilize tuning some by keeping the tuning from knocking the tremolo off kilter when tuning.Cheap compared to other options.Negatives:No instructions.It did not help keep the guitar in tune when I do dive bombs. (I think I need to replace my bridge saddles and this helped me diagnose that. That alone was worth the money.)Do not buy this unless you are adept at doing tremolo adjustments. It needed a lot of tweaking to the trem screws and then the guitar needed to be intonated.The biggest flaw is that because my tremolo has a metal block, when I do a bend, the unit produces a click when it sets back onto the stabilizer. When I am using standard pickups, it is just slightly annoying, but my guitar has piezo picks also. When I am using the piezo pickup, the click gets into the system and makes the trem system super noisy. I am going to rig up a rubber stopper, felt pads, or maybe just electrical tape to get rid of the click. A pad could have been easily added to the unit.Tips: Make sure to drill pilot holes for the screws. I use the smallest drill bit in the box and the screws went in nicely. Try not to drill through your pickups. :)When setting the placement, jam a pick into the unit before marking the drill holes. That way when you pull the pick out, it will snap into place. Otherwise it will not be tight enough to the block.

It does the job it's made to do.It takes a little time to get it dialed in and set up if you like doing your own guitar setup it's for you.

The screws it comes with are god awful. you cant screw for more than 2 turns without the screws getting stripped. the stopper itself seems good quality, they just need to upgrade their screws. If you cant screw in the stopper, then whats the point? you're better off getting a tremel-no.

The product behaves like something I needed.

Some confusion in the reviews as to what this device is. It's pretty simply a spring that pushes back on your tremolo block. This added tension makes the trem block return to it's neutral position and also allows you to do doublestop bends etc on a fully floating bridge without it going out of tune. It also helps when you're resting your palm on the bridge you won't knock it sharp. It's not a tremolo block. For install instructions lookup the goldo blackbox, ESP arming adjuster or ibanez backstop. It's the same device pretty much.

Works great and is much cheaper than some other options. I should note not a trem stopper but can be set to act as one. My only complaint is the 4 mounting screws are terrible and will strip easily. Other than that would def buy again and recommend

They sent me an Alan key wrench with this but all the screws are Phillip screws! I thought this actually locks but its not a stopper at all. Well not a hard stop anyways.

Works perfectly once adjusted properly. Can drop to drop-D (with Evh d-tuna) with going out of tune. Tried to remove the low E string and it kept my foyd rose in tune!!!! Just need to be adjusted properly and wow!!! Bought 3 more!
