I haven't watched a movie on it or anything, I've just needed it as a teleprompter (I don't want to use a tablet for that), and it looks great. Please note that the aspect ratio is a bit off (at least for the size that I chose), but this is also stated in the specifications, if you know what to look for. Sound is incredibly loud. Now I don't need sound, but if you do, trust me, you WILL be able to hear it (you can of course turn it down). The quality of the sound is of course lacking any real bass, but I feel like that is to be expected. Once again, not great for movies or for that matter, music. But if you just need to be able to hear the sound, then sure, it's very usable. For me it has been a great buy. Easy to use, clear picture, no trouble at all.
