Hand muscle massage, Can't recover without it!
This percussion massagers is a lifesaver. I like to use it before and after running. I use it to massage it every day, it will break down the lactic acid in the muscles. My husband's favorite accessory is the tapered tip because it simulates deep tissue massage, while the larger ball is used for the lower back and hips.Hope this will last forever!!!! Looks and feels cheap
A long wait for this machine for it fo arrive broken, the machine comes apart in the hand, the fixtures do not stay inside and as being used come out, there is no lock in system. Poor poor service up extrmilly disappointed as needed this type of machine desperately. Not impressed one bit .
