Mesh end meshes and jives well for creativity...
My experience with the mesh is fine. I use sketchbook pro on my iPad and its just what I needed. The brush is not so tactile, however, I must say I do use a screen cover over the screen, so that may be the culprit. However, I will not take that protectant off. The brush has lasted me over a month and a half drawing and tracing over photos almost every other day. It makes the iPad more fun and exciting.

Not worth the money
I'm wondering if I recieved the same stylus as all these glowing reviews, but this stylus is overpriced and under powered.Pros: light weight thin stylus - Using the brush on the tablet feels really good if you like the effect of having a brush in your hand.Cons: there is a significant delay between using the stylus and the results showing on the screen. This is more than annoying, it means sitting there and waiting till you see what happens- they list Procreate (my favorite art app) as one of the apps that supports the brush, but it isn't on Procreate's list of devices- it takes too much pressure with both the stylus and the brush to see results- I want a brush tool to be pressure sensitive - pressing harder or lighter varies the results, but at least in Procreate that isn't there.

BIG WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!
This stylus is not at all what it's cracked up to be in the description neither is it worth the money paid. I've bought cheapo stylus for $1.00 that work better than this. Other reviewers are right on target with saying there is a delay in the time that your strokes show up on the screen and the ridiculous amount of pressure needed to make the microfiber tip and brush end even make contact with the screen. I use a screen protector as well, but if the screen protector is sensitive enough to respond very easily to my fingertip and it very well is, it should be responsive to the stylus as well. I use procreate and Sketchbook on my iPad and this stylus does not work well with either application. I bought an Adonit Jot Pro instead; it works perfectly and does the job an artist needs it to do. I'm going to give this stylus to one of my niece's children to use with their tablet.

This is a very nice stylus, But I got it for coloring on my iPad and the brush doesn't do the job in the spaces I need it for. However, if I were just freely "painting" my own pictures it is GREAT.

Waste of money, buy a solo
Update: Received a phone call about my bad review & received partial refund die to it being past the 30 day return policy. Amazing customer service but still it's a non working. The reviews I read made it sound like this was the perfect stylus but the non rubber tip really has to whack the screen multiple times. Haven't even attempted the brush end... Why bother if I need to go between using my finger to select.

Does not resemble brush and ink strokes, but is fun anyway.
I hoped that this stylus brush would simulate calligraphic brush strokes on the iPad using the Zen Brush application, but it does not. The first touch of brush to the surface does not really look like the first touch of ink on paper, and the takeaway does not look like real brush work either. There is also "ink" buildup when you try to draw corners. Looks like the stylus brush, iPad, and software are not quite advanced enough yet.

Four Stars
Works good. I just can't draw on a tablet. I like to draw on paper.

good to see if you like it
could be alot better. the bristles are not that packed, and don't make as good of contact as others.
