I DID NOT hardwire these! There were exactly what I wanted but we didn't have the wiring inplace to put them in ourselves, so I used remote control puck lights and glued them over the bulb socket. I cut out the wireing and screwed them over our photo gallery.

Exactly what I was looking for. These can be hardwired in, but I just placed puck lights inside & they turned out great. Love the brass details on them.

I purchased these lights to use not as intended. Therefore, my review is a little different. We don't have wired light boxes in the location I wanted to place these. I'd seen numerous how-tos for using stick-on puck lights instead of light bulbs for when lighting was wanted but a wired location wasn't possible.Putting these up was a long, frustrating process for my husband, who is very handy. He ended up having to just cut off the electrical wires to be able to mount and install these. We have yet to install the puck lights since we're not sure what method to use for it yet.I love the look these have added above our sideboard in our dining room. Upon seeing the description of the product, I thought I'd love the gold accents to the black surface. However, from afar, these look like oil-rubbed broze instead of black. Most likely, I will be taking them down and spray painting them with a matte black sheen so they truly look black.For the price, these are a steal for what I wanted to do with them. Though if you are intending to use them as we have, without using them in a wired electrical location, adapting them for puck lights is no easy feat. For the price, we were fine with cutting the wires and not having the option to use them as wired lights in the future. Also, having to paint them so they truly look black is an extra step. I'm sure there are products out there that would be a lot easier to adapt for non-wired lighting, but for this price, and since my husband is handy enough to alter them, they fit the bill.

Very nice double wall light pack. I needed two wall lights for a room addition. Since the room is small, I wanted small circumference metal lights. These are only about 9" across which is very good for small areas. The only thing I do not care for (and did not notice in the original photo) is that both lights are trimmed in gold along bottom edge of light. I am not a fan of gold trim....The lights came boxed very well, and are seemingly well made and durable versus flimsy. We have no power to the addition yet, so I can not take a picture of them mounted yet, but I am pleased with their industrial look, and am sure they will work out wonderfully once the room is ready.

Love them! We used them with puck lights instead of hard wiring them and they look great!

Take a look at the video and photos I posted. The sag is so bad that they are not usable. I bought 4 of these lamps for use in my cabin and they all sagged. The sag started as soon as I installed them. I tried re-tightened the nut inside the fixture, but that did not help, in fact one of them stripped out at the threads completely. I am a handyman, so I install things like this all the time. I would return these, but it was past the return window and there is no support info included with these lamps to get help. I've purchased other "goose neck" style lamps and haven't had this issue. I think the problem is the metal for the neck is too soft, that's why they bend and that's why it stripped so easily when it was tightened.Additionally, I found that the mounting plate was not very flexible, more specifically it did not accommodate my round electrical mounting box, which was pretty standard. I had to purchase a separate mounting bracket from Amazon to mount to the electrical box. The better quality mounting brackets are 2 pieces and they rotate to accommodate different screw orientations. The included stock mounting bracket is only 1 piece and does not rotate.

Love how these look so much that I’ve purchased several and have them in various places throughout the house, including over windows and exterior doors. A farmhouse must have.

Overall, I disappointed with these lights. They arrived wrapped well, but the white is chipped inside and the black is scraped up as well. One is even missing a little of the bronze. The gooseneck portion where it connects to the wall plate is very weak. This causes the shade portion of the light to sag and not be parallel to the ground. One light is worst than the other. Both lamps if bumped move from side to side very easily. I tighten the nut inside as much as it would go. Sadly, I don't think they'll last long, but will leave them up to deside if it's the look I'm going for and then replace with something of higher quality.
