No English Instructions. Tricky to Use On Uneven Pavements
Fine if you read German!âšī¸ No English instructions.Fortunately assembly was mostly intuitive although I still have not fathomed out how the walking stick holder fits. Took my sister to tell me how to use the brake lock (push the brake lever down). The unit is sturdy and easy to collapse for storage but tricky over rough pavements particularly where they slope down to the road opposite car drives, common to all I suspect.First time out I was not aware of the brake lock and got stuck on one such slope where there was an uneven pavement repair as well, had to get a neighbour to rescue me!Not as easy to use as I thought it would be but useful and I can sit down if I need a rest.

Don't expect your VAT back!
The appliance is well made and adequate for the task. While heavier than expected, we are managing. If you are disabled and expecting a VAT refund, forget it. They don't do VAT refunds. All emails received were in German and they told me that if I wanted a refund I would have to send the item back. The packaging was long gone, we live in a pensioner bungalow, no room for giant boxes. I was to buy new packaging in order to make the return. All too much for a disabled couple, so we still have the unit. It is quite fiddly to fold, especially considering that it is heavier than it looks.

The instructions were unfortunately in German and I had to have help to assemble it.
Unfortunately this product arrived unassembled and the instructions were in German There were photographs but they were poor and not very clear and I had to have help to assemble it. When I finally got it assembled I was pleased with it although the cane holder is rather odd resulting in the cane sticking up rather high when I walk along. Considering this product was expensive I feel that it would have been more helpful to have had clear instructions in English.

Fantastic, sturdy, and has made my life better
I chose this walker because of how it folds and its lightweight. I'm quite tall at 5'8" and I'm more on the curvey side...!The first trip out was to walk my dog in the woodland and I felt secure and stable using the walker. I have got this rather than my 3 wheeler and I can walk much better.Pros - easy to fold, lightweight, comfortable to use, folds slim to bit get in the way, the seat is comfortable to sit on.Cons - just the 1, to make it fold into its smallest the screws aren't easy but that's fine, it would have been good to mention, but my engineer hubby has made some easy use clips for it

Very useful for this price range
The Roller set, once put together, is robust and provides all the assistance required. It is easy to assemble, which is just as well because it arrives with only German instructions. It is all pretty simple so you don't really need the instructions, but it would have been faster with them.It is a little heavy for this user, but as the weight is described one the sales page this is not a complaint, just something to be aware of.I would definitely be happy to recommend it to others.

Brilliant - Highly recommended
Bought for mother-in-law (89 years old) who was against having a walker!!She is now walking more and further than she has for ten years.Easy to assemble, easy to fold but more importantly excellent to use. Very solidly built (it's german of course!) very quiet (our pavements are awful) and less vibration than cheaper lighter models. Has transformed her life and ability to get out and about. A revelation. Thank you.

Fantastic product
I have had one of these Travel Walker for over seven years and thought it was about time I got another one, it's not made by the same company but you can not tell any difference there is a slight difference in finish. These walkers are fantastic the old one has been to hospital twice and when I used to go on holidays it went with me, it's lightweight, easy to fold and taxi drivers like it as well, when you get tired you can take a rest, would recommend both seller and item

Design fault can cause injury
Easy to use and fold for storage & stowageThe part of the rollator which is basically a pedal where you press your foot down in order to tip the rollator to access kerbs etc, is far too close to where your feet are when you are using the frame. As a result you catch your foot quite often (my carers have caught their feet on the pedal too).Unfortunately I have had to undergo a visit to the Accident and emergency department of my local hospital where I needed x rays of my foot after my foot caught very badly on the pedal. The severe pain along with the swollen appearance and the fact that parts of the foot turned black meant that I had to seek a medical opinion. I am waiting to hear if I have suffered a fracture.
