Is a good deal for the price
Very happy with the product faster enough for gaming, dongle WiFi is 2.4ghz is working perfectly with full speed, monitor is Lcd not LED but good one, fan is not noisy, Hdmi cable is a little short 1mt only but it enough for me, I was playing APEX & COD war zone and my son was playing roblox around 5 hours very happy with the graphic

Great value for beginners
I bought this as a shared computer for me and my daughter. She's into gaming but not heavily so this set is working perfectly. One of her friends, who's a pro gamer, had a look at it and said a lot of specs are not top but are really good. Considering he has the top range stuff that's a real compliment. It's working fab as a "family computer" while covering the gaming side well.Overall, if you want top gaming specs, this is not it, but it pretty damn good!

Pretty Decent
Pretty good entry level machine. Bought for my 10yo so anything more would have been wasted. Runs Minecraft, Roblox with ease and Fortnite pretty solid at 60FPS on High Detail (not epic) No PS5 but perfect for a 10 year old. Had to replace the headset, arrived broke, Amazon great though.

Great above entry level machine.
Buying this I knew I wasn't going to get the most top of the range gaming pc but I was hoping it would atleast work well with the games I want to play. And it was pretty much a plug in and play. It worked from the second I had it started up. I wasn't surprised considering the reviews I read before buying but I was so glad. It is a great machine so far as a slightly above entry level machine. I am totally sure I can mod it when the time comes for upgrades but for now it is perfect. I can't recommend this machine enough to people looking to get set up on pc gaming or come back to it. And the seller really was spot on. Considering the global delays in delivers I got mine only 2 days after originally expected. I am so happy with the whole experience.

Non existent customer service in my experience!
Arrived late after paying priority shipping. Didn't work, wrong cable in the box, had to buy a new one separately myself as I gave over 1 hour and 40 minutes on hold in stages where no one ever answered the phone to try and replace the cable !!! I even emailed where I was to receive a reply within a few business days. Still to this day I've received no acknowledgement or reply via their email system. No customer service whatsoever! Even with the new cable I bought the gaming pc failed to work and as before I spent a fortune on hold only to be unanswered yet again!!!! Very disappointed teenager who saved very long and hard to purchase this item. I've sent it back via Amazon whose customer service has been very efficient.Unfortunately this experience has made me decide to refrain from buying expensive technological items from outside the country as possible non existent customer service is not an option for me again. Sincerely hope others have had a more positive experience.

Excellent package for the money
This was a Xmas present for my 15 year old son who wanted to make the switch from Xbox gaming to pc gamingFantastic value for money great starter package that he can later add to as he progressesall set up for him just plug and playHad a few queries before I bought it excellent and promt response from the team

Couple of issues, easily sorted.
Decent PC for the bundle/price. Arrived the next day after ordering (without prime) which was brilliant. Arrived without the monitor which was disappointing, however i had a monitor to use and after contacting customer service they sent a new one out straight away. Only issue with the kit itself is that the wifi adaptor supplied only covers 2.4ghz bands, so its a bit slow connection-wise and a bit frustrating knowing that it would be a lot faster if I had an adaptor to connect to the 5ghz! Ordered a new wifi USB adaptor that supports 5ghz and all should be good after that. Nothing top of the range but a good start up PC bundle at a good price.

Fantastic starter gaming PC
Bought this for my 8 year old son, fantastic starter PC for him! Plays the likes of minecraft, fortnite etc no problem. The ONLY slight downside I would say about the whole set up is the microphone on the headset for some reason seems to glitch every now and then. Maybe happens once every 3 times he’s playing, but once system is shut down and restarted it works fine again.All in all very happy with purchase, very easy to set up you pretty much take it out the box plug it in and away you go!
