Finally i found the right pouch for me! Im about 4- 4.5 soft and everything fit in the pouch just fine. Naturally when aroused (i grow to about 7) I stretch it and am not really contained but that's too be expected. For a Teardrop Micro Thong it is very nice. I ordered an XL for my 34" waist, but it is a bit too big. Most likely it will shrink and the waist should be fine.
