MidWest 36-Inch Replacement Pan, 35.5 x 23.8 x 1 Inches

I purchased this to put on my patio and catch bird seed that falls from the feeder. It’s working great. Had a problem with standing water after rain, but drilled holes in the sides for drainage.

I replaced the tray in my dog’s crate with this one and it’s been a solid upgrade. It fits perfectly in both MidWest and New World models without any extra adjusting, just slide it in and it sits securely with no wobble. The plastic is sturdy and thick, so it doesn’t flex or bend when my dog climbs in and out, and it wipes clean easily after accidents or spills. I appreciate that it doesn’t retain odors like some older trays I’ve used before. It’s also much easier to clean than the original pan that came with our crate. Bottom line: A dependable, well-fitting replacement pan that keeps your dog’s crate clean and functional. Great value for the price if you need a sturdy tray that’s easy to maintain.

Fits as expected

Product is fine, just doesn't match dimensions listed. I actually ordered this product in two variants as they claimed two different dimensions, however the same P28 Pan arrived from both orders, smaller than listed dimensions in both cases. I purchased the LifeStages by MidWest Homes for Pets 24-inch replacement pan, and it fit my MidWest crate perfectly. The sizing is accurate for MidWest crates, so it slid right into place without any forcing or gaps. One important note is that it is designed specifically for MidWest crates. I tried it on another crate I own that has the same listed dimensions, but it did not fit properly. So I would only recommend it if you are using a MidWest brand crate. The plastic itself feels sturdy and holds up well for daily use with my pet. It’s easy to remove for cleaning, doesn’t absorb odors, and wipes down quickly. So far, it also seems durable and hasn’t cracked or warped with regular use. Overall, it’s a reliable replacement tray as long as it’s used with the correct MidWest crate model.

So most people are going to purchase this item to line their dog crate...but I have found it to be a surprisingly useful puzzle tray. The plastic is sturdy and has small bumps along the bottom but provides a nice flat surface for the puzzle. The lip around the edge helps to keep puzzle pieces from falling off or being swept off the coffee table when my kiddo walks by with his blanket (I'm pretty sure that's what happened to the 1 missing piece of my 1000-piece puzzle which I only found after I finally gave up my search and had dismantled the puzzle). Also the tray allows me to easliy pick up the puzzle and free up the space underneath, or move it from room to room. I have a felt and rolling tube puzzle storage thing but found it annoying to constantly have to roll and unroll the puzzle and always worrying that I was going to lose a piece. This large tray (together with a few cafeteria style trays which I use to sort out puzzle pieces and then store stacked on top of each other) has allowed me puzzle when and where I want and also allowed me to quickly clear off the surface of a table for other uses - since dining room tables are supposed to be used for other things and not just puzzles. Or so I'm told. I originally found this tray when searching for "puzzle trays" because someone else had the brilliant idea to use it as a puzzle tray and put in a review. I just wanted to add-on and further share with folks who are looking for an inexpensive and convenient puzzle tray. Just make sure to look at the dimensions and order one that is larger than the typical puzzles you like to put together. If it's close, order the next size up since the dimensions include the side curled edges which add to the overall dimensions but do not provide flat space where you can place puzzle pieces.

We use ours as a craft area for our toddler, they stomp it, smack it with things and drop things hard on it and it holds up. Us adults have stepped on it and it didnt crack , worth the money.
