These looked great and felt great. When I first got it I made the mistake of opening one to see how it felt and looked outside the package. Big mistake within mins it started to harden and turn greyish around the edges. I still used it tho I figured it would soften in the shower and it did but it took a few days. Lather was okay, finally I got tired and opened a new one. The new one lasted awhile and I am still using it. It did start to turn greyish but that was after a few months use. It dries super fast and doesn’t stink. The lather is much better then the first one but still not much. It also does dry hard. I’m actually going to switch back to loofahs these don’t lather enough for me,I like sloth of lather.

I'm unsure what the actual material is, but it feels like rubber. It almost reminds me of a "mage Eraser", except thicker and a tad more rubbery. It has a pleasant smell, but it does not lather any soap that's on it, and it's hard to wring out being that it's such a hard, thick material. Supposedly it gets soft when wet, but I didn't find that to be the case. This is not your average sponge, and I didn't feel like it was getting my son clean at all. With all that being said, it is sturdy and will last for awhile. I may use it to wipe the bathtub out after use. each time. My son liked the design of Pororo (sp?) on it, as well as bunnies, and other unknown characters. It is true to the design and colors in the advertisement pictures.

This item is simply outstanding! It is NOT a scam! You need to thoroughly wet both sponge and skin and scrub! If you are not seeing skin roll up that doesn't mean it's not working. It just means you have less skin to exfoliate. If you get a rash you have rubbed too hard and simply over scrubbed. If it is discolored that's either the dirt or your skin and it's done its job. The sponge should get hard when it dries. That means the anti-bacterial part is working, do NOT keep it wet or you're asking for infection. I have very dry skin, live in an extremely dry climate and one hand doesn't work and I for the first time I don't have to wash my towel after one use and my skin feels great!

My son likes it but it is hard as a rock and very difficult to soften or remove soap.

The media could not be loaded.  Bath sponge quality is very good.

Either mine is old, or it seems more like rubber. This isnt really a sponge and it didn't do much.

I wouldn’t buy it again. Hard to use on baby and is just awkward

Put the sponge into the water to soften before each use
