Do not buy.
Do not buy, dangerous, leaks gas; ignites into a fire ball. Hand burnt, had to use a fire blanket to extinguish. DO NOT BUY.Not fit for purpose.

Works well and good value
Does what it says. The flexible head is a great idea. The adaptor for the gas stove type canisters is included which is useful and means that I can use canisters for both my portable stove and this.It has auto ignition and the flame is fierce and focused.

It does work, kinda.
OK so my previous torch had issues with the o-rings and so leaked all over the place and I was unable to find o-rings that fitted. Answer, buy another whole unit and stop messing around. This Zapp unit does work, kinda, and for the money, well you get what you pay for is the truth of the matter. It does sometimes work as a blow torch, for short periods, and I like the flexible neck but I have been finding it a little alarming when for no apparent reason, and with no input of any kind from the user, the flame suddenly transforms from blow to giant flame!!! Visually exciting perhaps but worrying for both the user and any nearby spectators. If you want a blow torch then spend a lorra lorra money for a plumber/heating engineers unit. If you want to use it as a chefs aid then buy a cooks unit but if you only need it to light a BBQ/Smoker then this will be adequate and if at the end of the season it fails! Buy another.

Does what it says and more superb torch
This blowtorch suits me down to the ground very easy to use good hand grip very powerful torch flame which is easily regulated the adjustable nozzle is brilliant wish others would follow suit superb when soldering in awkward places as for price amazing would have expected to pay twice as much used it to temper small blades no problems totally recommend this torch I love it and use it
