"I bought these thinking they were the same as ones I had purchased in a salon store some years ago. They're not. The metal is flattened (rather than the rounded feel of my old pins) and feels cheaply made. When I try to use them, the top and bottom prongs slide apart sideways rather than allowing me to open them up. I have had to throw away at least half of the ones I have tried to use because the prongs won't line up and will not stay in my hair. Always the best! As a hairdresser, this brand is the highest quality of bob pins and hair pins with which I have ever worked. Their strength holds up well and the glaze is flawless. Flamingo is the way to go!

I ordered brown Bobby pins and they sent me gold ones. I had to go out of my way to drive to the drop off location to return them. The Bobby pins are flimsy-very poor quality. They don’t hold well at all. Don’t order them.
