I really like everything about these lights. They're 'edison' like style in that you can gaze right into the filament and not have a searing retna, perfect for direct in sight lighting.they give off a really nice ambience, the bulb temperature is very pleasant, a warm white, and the string is white to match the decor.It has everything that I was looking for and these met and exceeded my expectations.I only used regular care, not kid gloves installing them, and experienced no broken bulbs, and have heen burning them for a month now, to see before writing this review, and 100% of bulbs are still perfecly good and no burnouts.came with 2 spares, after a good time yes they'll begin to burn out, but overall initial quality is excellent..5* features 5* brightness 5* (on a strict brightness grade would be 4/5 but I (prefer) a 4/5 soft dim so 4 is a 5* for me) 5* soft warm temp, durability @1 mo. 5* ..overall 5.55* yes

I use these lights for my living room. They are beautiful. Are used to have a black corded ones, same brand. However indoors especially with white walls… The white cord is much cleaner and it opens up the place quite a bit. I also like the effect of the lights floating rather than an eyesore of a black cord shrinking the room essentially. These lights are typically very expensive… I find this place extremely reasonable, and they are such a showstopper inside my house… I get compliments from you early everybody who comes to my house about them. I love them myself as well. The only downside is they’re very very hot. As soon as you plug them in you can feel how much heat the lights are producing. Surgery in the summer living in Arizona with these lights I tend to keep them off during the day or else it makes my house about 10° To 15° hotter then I’m running my thermostat at. That is the only downside to these lights. Other than that I’m obsessed with them. I love the way they look. They give a warm cozy feeling and it’s fun to have them indoors.

We hung these in the screened in porch. They give off a warm/relaxing lighting. You can connect multiple strands together. They do give off a little heat.

I got these to hang off my living room ceiling in a zigzag, but couldn't find the same ones that I bought before in my old apartment that I left with my roommate when moving out. Those ones were shatterproof but these ones are glass which was not the best call. One was dead on arrival and I haven't even started hanging them yet. It comes with only three spares which is a lot less then the spares my og set came with, but they're a lovely warm white and will make a great ambience to my home. I bought a dimmer to tone them down which I would highly recommend as the bulbs felt like they would get hot if left on for a while. Finding a string long enough with white wires was the deciding point for this purchase but apparently the bulbs are problematic so get spares ready!

These lights are absolutely without-a-doubt fantastic. We bought them for our outdoor, southeast-facing apartment porch 2 YEARS ago and they have been great. They get buffeted by the wind, exposed to Idaho cold and summer sun (they do hang under the overhang) and not one bulb has broke nor gone out. I rated them lower in brightness because that’s what I was looking for. Didn’t want bright as day when I’m chillin in the evening outside. I’ll leave these on all day during the dark days and they are a great seratonin boost! Anytime I need instant mood lighting or a cheer up: BAM turn on the Amazon string lights baby!! Will buy again

I loved the fact that the bulbs were not in the sockets when purchased. It allowed me to hang the lights without breaking a few bulbs, or having to take them all out before installing! They work great, are exactly bright enough not to be intrusive but you can see and function without needing another light source. Pretty, durable and well put together! The packaging was superb! Very well protected not a single bulb broken or the filament damaged! I also love they give you a few spare in the end! Forward looking in that respect! There are cheaper ones out there, but ultimately I will buy these again if I ever have the need. They are great!

Unfortunately the lights are not shatter proof and shatter very easily. Bulbs can also be faulty. Also, you are not able to connect to additional strands of lights.

These are strung around a tan building in our backyard by the pool. They replaced ones that had a darker cord and this looks so much better.
