Colgin All Natural Mesquite Liquid Smoke - 4oz(Pack of 3)

Not sure why, but this stuff isn't in stores any more. There's not even a place on the shelf any more, just 3 or 4 different kinds of hickory, so I'm glad Amazon still has this.A little goes a long way. Put a couple drops in your marinades/sauces/glazes for burgers, steaks, veggies, chili, whatever. Also gives good flavor to ribs if you use more, just mix a teaspoon or so into the liquid at the bottom of the pressure cooker.

It's hard to find this in mesquite flavor; the local stores only have hickory. And I think this flavor is the best when cooking meat. I have been using it for a long time. This is the best price I have seen for it too.

I use this product regularly and receive many compliments about the flavor of the dishes I add it too. It is a staple in my antry that I can not do without.

I've been using the mesquite smoke flavor for years on chicken...great right off the grill or with grilled poblanos, etc. to make fajitas!!!!
