SIM doesn't work. No answer with/from seller. Contacted Telcel; they indicated that the card and information I received may have been resold. Avoid!Update: Seller contacted me and claimed that "something went wrong at activation and we didn’t get any error notification from our system." It was also claimed that 1.5 GB data was available. That may have been true--except the card wouldn't work with 4G (which was available in the cities I was in--I've been traveling in Mexico for over 25 years) and was continually dropping whatever poor internet service I was able to get.I was also inundated with text messages advertising various products and services--about 20 messages a day. One message echoed what the seller told me--that I had some phone minutes. Nope. Not a one. No credit at all. I know very well what the “se agotado su credito” recording means.

I just want to say that the Sim card worked ...
First, I want to say that the Sim card worked well for the 5 days I was in Yucatan. The only problem I had--and it could have been a very serious problem--was that when I got to Cancun, it didn't automatically change to Quintana Roo (Cancun's state) time zone. This time zone was changed from US Central to US Eastern Time Zone in February, 2015. I wouldn't have discovered this if I hadn't been late to a movie viewing the night before I was scheduled to fly out of Cancun. I would have missed my flight by an hour.Be aware that this is a problem with the Telcel network, not the seller of this Sim. The seller's response to my questions and concerns have been excellent. It is Telcel that should fix their network problem.

Read the instructions! You need to fill out a form online.
Read the instructions! You need to fill out a form online and tell them when your trip is and when to activate it! Also, you may need to set up your phone. My story, as short as possible:I bought the card in May.I traveled to Guadalajara, MX in July.I popped my card in my extra, unlocked phone, and it worked! It quit working on the 2nd day after only 90mb or so.THEN, I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.So, I wrote a quick, somewhat desperate email to the guy on the business card that was included with the SIM card.He activated my SIM card in about 30 minutes.I received a text that my card had been activated.Today, I'm about to leave to go back home.I used 1.3 GB of my 1.5GB and plan to finish it at the airport while waiting on my flight. Its been a great purchase and excellent customer service.By the way, my wireless internet at the Hilton was horrible (worse than dialup), so I used this sim card most of the time. It was very fast LTE, high res youtube or video conferencing was no problem (just lots of data). Also, in case you are wondering how much data to get, I used the full 1.5 GB in a week. I did watch a couple hours of videos online though. But I also worked about 50 hours this week and didn't use it much at all during that time. So for vacation, I recommend 1.5GB minimum. Finally, I was able to tether my connection from my phone with no issue. I did this to my laptop and other cell phone several times.

Don't waste your time and money
I ordered this SIM card and it arrived on schedule. There was an instruction card that came with it that informed me that the phone number associated with the SIM card "is written on the blue Telcel SIM card container." There is no such thing, for chrisake.I called the custumer support number that was provided during mid-day at least five times but no one was there to answer. Furthermore, I installed the SIM card in my phone to test it as recommended and naturally there was no service.I will be asking for a refund which is a shame because I wanted to have my phone set up BEFORE driving to Mexico.

Very Handy!
Worked great. We stayed in a resort that was a bit in the middle of nowhere. The reception was not the best, but any time I needed it, it worked just fine. Worked great in Playa Del Carmen and even out in some of the jungle area's we toured. It was very handy having the data, while not scrambling for wifi or trying to find a Starbucks. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone going to the Riviera Maya side of Mexico!

Worked perfectly in Cancun!
Recently uses the simcard in my Verizon Note 4 in Cancun a couple weeks ago. Changed out my simcard in the plane from Houston to Cancun and entered the APN settings. Connected to 4G once I landed. My phone just had a notification saying not a Verizon simcard, but worked great otherwise. Always had coverage and didn't come close to using all 1.5gb of data. I had used just under 1gb for 6 days. Vincent was great and would always respond quickly to questions I had.

Exactly what I was looking for...
This worked perfectly. Later in my stay, I wound up in some places where the service was pretty poor, and I wasn't sure if it was just the service or the sim card (it was the service in the area). The customer support team was *very* on top of their emails and responded immediately to my questions.

Works as advertised.
I was nervous about the mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot since I would be landing in Mexico City late at night and wanted my phone to work. I received it a week prior and followed the instructions provided and registered on the website. I plugged in the card and checked to see if it would grab service which it did. So when I landed in MEX it worked as advertised the entire 8 day trip with 4G service. It was a life saver for using Uber, Yelp, and google maps and translate all over town. Thanks!
