Tastes well but is it really gluten free?
The packaging is good. It tastes well. The only issue I have is that this product advertises as 'gluten free' and at the same time it comes with an allergy warning that it was processed on machinery that also processes wheat. As a person who is gluten intolerant, finding a snack which tastes good is already a rare event, so when we do, we need to be able to trust it as well. So my only question is that is it really a gluten free snack which people who have gluten intolerance can trust can eat?

Too Sugary to be Healthy
""I am quite disappointed. There are many companies trying to cash in on the current “healthy snack” frenzy. Take brands like Himalaya — they position themselves as Ayurvedic wellness companies, but in reality some of their products are no better than mainstream packaged foods. Likewise Mindful seems to have got it wrong. Ignorance or strategy — hard to say.. I know heath bars/chocolates.....I have had fast bars from AIWO and chocolates from The Whole Truth...I was undecided — until I ate the Mindful “Eat Anytime” energy bar. That settled it. AIWO/Whole truth were so far ahead... The Mindful energy bar is far too sugary to be called healthy in any real sense. I couldn't even eat the bars I have had bought...too sugary too sugary... Friends — choose better. Mindful — these are not healthy. Please correct yourselves. PS: So many 4-star reviews!!!... whats goin on ? ? Either people don’t know what a healthy snack is — or something else is going on.
