Warning! hazardous material
I don't know how it performs because I'm afraid to use it. The package was damp from a slow leak of the product in shipping and when I opened the package the fumes were strong and I had some of the mold killer on my skin. I looked at the label which recommends rinsing for 10-15 minutes and calling the poison control center immediately if you have skin contact or inhale the fumes. I bought this because the Amazon page read: "BioNeutral Combinational Chemistry offers the ultimate in safety for Facilities, Patients, Equipment, & Personnel". According to the labeling, this product is not safe at all , it is actually dangerous. Oh, by the way, you can't dispose of it safely either unless you have a hazmat cleanup team handy. I'm sending it back!

Good product for professional use. Very poor packaging.
The chemical itself worked perfectly. However, the packaging was poor, dangerous even. Some chemical was leaking out of the box. I would recommend this product if you have a MAJOR mold problem (and know how to use this chemical safely; get a respirator!), but do not recommend this seller at all.
