I bought a used Explorer and they only gave us one Keyless entry, so bought this and the programming was very simple. A foot note though is while your vehicle is in programming mode you need to program not only the new keyless fob but the old one too. received the remotes very quickly and sure can't beat the price. They are described as being for te Ford Explorer Sport Trac but the numbers matched and I gambled that they would also work for my Explorer Sport. Glad to be able to pitch my old one in the trash. It would work but only if you wiggled the buttons while standing on your right foot and waving your left arm in the air. Tried to program them at least ten times with no luck. Searched the web for tips and tried some more. My girlfriend got it the first time. When trying to get into the programming mode I was not turning the key on and off fast enough. Operator error, remotes are fine.

works well, but online instructions are not correct. Procedure needs to be looked at.Once I figured out their first step of "opening door and depressing unlock switch while cycling key"didn't work. I just got in the vehicle and closed the door, then cycled key 8 times from off to on andthey sequence activated the door locks and the fob worked..

Great product that was simple to install myself. No dealer or repair place needed to install. During installation of new key Fob, found that the recently purchased truck has an auto start feature built into the fob. Me nor the dealer were purchased knew that feature was enabled. Saved me $$$ for auto start. Great product recommend a BUY.

It was very easy to program following the directions, on my 02 Ford Sporttrac I had to have the drivers door open while programming it.

I thought this was so cheap it was never going to work but I went ahead and bought it. Followed the instructions and lo and behold.... It worked. I love it.

My old clicker has a crack and the buttons are not as responsive as they should be. This one has a definite click to the buttons and the printed setup page included was simple to follow. Great price to.Thanks.

I purchased 2 of these remotes to a 2007 Ford Sport Trac and they arrived before the promise delivery. At first glance of the product it looks identical to the original Ford EOM part except for $70 less. The programming procedures were entire wrong and useless. Read your owner manual for the exact procedure to set you vehicle in Programming mode. They worked perfect and easy to set up. it would be nice if they come if the little o-ring to attach to another key chain.
