A vast improvement over powerline adapters
For a while now we have been using a gigabit powerline adaptor to connect to the router. Unfortunately this has gradually degraded from an initial connection speed of over 50Mbps down to 23Mbps, often dropping as low as 15Mbps.Various resets and re-configurations have not helped so I decided to look for a WiFi alternative. This item stuck out as it had so many good reviews. Next day Prime delivery and just as promised it worked on Windows 10 without installing any drivers.As you can see from the picture supplied, our connection speed on a 5Ghz network, is now the same as we would have hard wired directly to the router.Although not the prettiest of dongles, I would definitely recommend this product.

A brilliant dongle that was well worth the cost.
My desktop PC has no PCI-E slots so being unable to get a wireless networking card I was somewhat skeptical at how good this wifi dongle would be. I'm happy to say that it's far better than my last one and I have gone from 17.5Mbps to 70.5Mbps download speed. Finally I'm able to watch videos in 1080p (quite possibley 4k if my monitor was good enough) aswell as reliabley download games. I very much appreciate that it came with a USB 3 to USB 3 connector so I was able to move it around to get a good signal.

Pleasantly surprised
I had been toying with the idea of building a new pc but instead decided to upgrade my old system I built several years ago. I installed faster ram overclocked it and doubled the amount of memory, a new 6GB GPU and installed 4x2TB of HDD with a fresh install of win 10 pro. I added bluetooth and decided to add WIFI as back up but didn't have enough room for a PCIe card. I settled for this USB version after reading the reviews. With my desktop hard wired I get around 51Mbps with the USB I get 45.45 to 49.57 Mbps download and 13.92Mbps upload so not bad at all. It was very easy to install and seems to be a stable connection. As my title states pleasantly surprised.

A huge improvement
I was using a small WiFi dongle previously, which I thought was giving me a decent connection.I decided to buy this as a mate had one, and said it was better than his previous one which broke.Because it is relatively affordable, I decided to give it a try.I had an initial hiccough when I first got it, in that my PC identified it as a CD drive, which threw me off a bit. After an email conversation with the seller, it got sorted, and I now have over 4 times better speed than I had with my dongle.I went from around 40Mbps to around 180Mbps from my 250Mb internet service. Considering this PC is 3 rooms away from the router (a Netgear R8000), that is blazing fast.The difference is nite and day, and I would recommend this to anyone.

Great product
I have my laptop quite far for the modem and sometimes my internet is quite slow but after I installed the Wifi dongle I didn't have any poor conection, its very easy to instal, the only negative thing is that is a bit bulky but I can live with that, overall I am very happy with the results

A good USB wireless adaptor that’s plug and play.
If you don’t want to hard wire a PC or use Powerlines, you can use this wireless adaptor that has a USB plug.It didn’t take long to get on-line when I plugged this into a Desktop PC. No drivers were needed, I just entered my BT wireless password, and a blue light came on when connected. In my haste I plugged this into a USB-2 socket and was promptly told a faster USB-3 socket was available. This does a good job and it’s easy to use.

Very efficient
I bought this for my dad and his old laptop he cares so much about. Since he's always moaning about the wifi I've decided to try first with a Wi-Fi receiver, before investing in a new router. It seems to be very efficient, so far because I didn't hear him complaining anymore. It's very easy to fit and use, so I really recommend it.

Amazing. Did the job immediately. Don't forget to load the disc first,Insert my desktop and it will be automatically installed in a few seconds, and the signal is very strong and it's better than no antenna connection. I will recommend it to my friend.
