I think that this posture corrector does its job. I am a small framed women and did find I had to make it as tight as possible in order to fit me. It might not fit someone who is smaller. I found the straps very comfortable. Other days I wore it under my shirt and it wasn't visible. It helped a lot when working. I am constantly lifting so it reminded me to lift correctly.
