Quick Read. Provides good tools for management
The book talks about identifying the Red Boat (motivation) for your direct reports and helping them talk about their actions and their consequences to getting to the red boat. I did the GROW and MOVE exercise with my direct reports I think it helped a lot. Kelley came to do a 2 day workshop at my company.
