This is my all time 'prep and prime' lip product! If you hate the feeling of thick and waxy lip balms, this product is for you! I picked this up during my Target run and it was the best unplanned purchase ever. I use this at night before going to bed and in the morning while i'm applying my makeup to prep my lips for lipstick/liquid lipstick. I love how it also gives my lips a plumped effect while keeping it hydrated and moisturized. I also use this as a clear 'lipgloss' topper if I want a more shiny pout.
